Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a booking form and the £60 deposit. (Non Refundable & Non Transferable except for force majeure)

The Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the holiday, failure to make the final payment may result in the cottage being re-let 

CANCELLATION: The full cost of your holiday will be payable in the event of cancellation within four weeks of your holiday, should the cottage be re-let then your money will be refunded, less the deposit as stated elsewhere. We advise that you take out Holiday insurance to cover yourselves 

YOU MUST NOT TRAVEL IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR PARTY ARE SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF COVID - 19 

The owners or their representative shall be allowed access to the cottage at any reasonable time during occupancy. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to visitors property. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and their loss shall be refundable on demand, however minor damage and breakages will not normally be charged. 

In NO circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons stated per cottage and one baby occupy the property. Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed. 

Bookings are only accepted on condition that the holiday maker will not claim compensation for loss of holiday should the owners have to cancel the booking in which case the deposit will be returned in full. 

Please note the accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking with a £60 deposit per week. Payment of balance is due one month before arrival. 

The key will be available from 4pm for arrival Departure : The cottage must be vacated no later than 9.30am on departure day 

All bedding and towels are provided but we ask you to bring your own towels for beach use

Electricity and Heating are inclusive 

High chairs and cots available upon request 

The use of extension leads for car charging is strictly prohibited and not covered by our insurance. Please use the project EV chargers on site 

Please note that short breaks are charged per person per night, extra or unexpected guests will require further payment 

Please note that all cottages are strictly no Smoking and No Dogs or pets 

Any Guest found breaking the No smoking rule will be asked to leave
