Barley Barn is a light and spacious two bedroom, two storey Barn conversion, perfect for the romantic break or family holiday.

It consists of a ground floor with large separate dining room with sea view, reclining leather sofa, TV and adjoining kitchen well equipped with washer and dishwasher. In the entrance hall there is a ground floor cloakroom and boasts a sandstone flag floor throughout.

Upstairs is a fantastic cathedral style open roof area, with light and roomy lounge. The quirky apartment style layout incorporates two bedrooms discreetly screened from the lounge by means of curtains, both bedrooms have individual access to the bathroom which includes an over bath shower. Original wood floor throughout the upstairs with a biomass pellet boiler for heating. Barley Barn also boasts an outdoor seating area and is an ideal family cottage or equally suited for a relaxing holiday for a couple.

Before You Arrive

We will ensure that your cottage has been thoroughly cleaned, the bed linen will be freshly laundered and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival. We will check that the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are all present and correct. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask, we will always try to help you.

On arrival we give you a personal welcome and a tour of your cottage. There is tea, coffee, milk, sugar & treats to start your holiday off perfectly . We provide toiletries, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, all linen and basic cleaning essentials.

You Ought To Know - Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the cottages. Check-in is from 4pm, please advise of time of arrival. Check-out is 9.30 am. Sorry No Pets.
