The Olde Byre is a quaint three bedroomed, open-plan cottage enjoying sea views towards Whitby.

The ground floor incorporates an open plan fully equipped kitchen diner and lounge area with open beams and original old wooden cow byre retained for character plus under floor heated flag stones throughout. Also downstairs is a double bedroom with exposed wooden truss and fitted with a king size bed as well as a single bedroom with similar features. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs is a second double bedroom with super king bed which will split into two singles, with original wooden truss and beams it oozes character, and is finished off with solid oak flooring. Also on the first floor is the main bathroom with walk in shower and a separate bath. The Olde Byre has its own patio area with beautiful views towards Whitby.

Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher and all usual appliances

Before You Arrive

We will ensure that your cottage has been thoroughly cleaned, the bed linen will be freshly laundered and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival. We will check that the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are all present and correct. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask, we will always try to help you.

On arrival we give you a personal welcome and a tour of your cottage. There is tea, coffee, milk, sugar & treats to start your holiday off perfectly . We provide toiletries, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, all linen and basic cleaning essentials.

You Ought To Know - Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the cottages. Check-in is from 4pm, please advise of time of arrival. Check-out is 9.30 am. Sorry No Pets.
